We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 3 days after delivery. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 7 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualifies for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded.
Return / Exchange Policy for Damaged Product
- Order must be checked in front of the delivery person.
- If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture and return it instantly.
- If the product is damaged it must be informed immediately after receiving and returned within 3 days from the day the product has been received.
- The product must be intact, however, there can be exceptions (if the product is damaged).
- Used products will not be considered for exchange or refund.
- If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and wants to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.
- And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, the customer must pay the transportation cost.
- Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
- Damage claims won’t be accepted if the customer doesn’t open the product in front of the delivery man or after completing the delivery.
Canceling an Order
If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped but before it arrives to you, please note you will incur a non-negotiable fee of 60 Tk ( Inside Dhaka) or 130 Tk (Outside Dhaka). This is the charge that bills for a delivery intercept.
